By downloading or using the DIARYO app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
DIARYO is a personal diary and wellness tracking application. It allows you to record daily journal entries, track mood, sleep, hydration, activity, food, budget, and other personal data. All data is stored locally on your device.
DIARYO does not require account registration. Your data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. We do not have access to your personal entries.
DIARYO offers optional Premium features through the following plans:
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Promo codes may be offered at our discretion and are subject to availability. Each promo code is valid for one-time use unless otherwise specified.
Monthly and yearly plans may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable fee.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
Your diary entries and personal data are stored locally on your device. DIARYO does not collect, transmit, or share your personal data with third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
DIARYO and all associated content, design, and code are the intellectual property of Robert Ondeček. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App without express written permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. DIARYO is not a medical application and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robert Ondeček shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Slovak Republic.
